Mocha Oatmeal

Chocolate. Coffee. Chia pudding. Berries.

Fruits and chocolate combo. And coffee. And blueberries. And blueberries, oh blueberries. I love them.
Okay, I think I’m getting too irritating.

1/2c rolled oats
Pinch of salt
1/2c coffee
1/2c milk of choice
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp sweetener of choice such as pure maple syrup or agave or honey
Cook oats, salt, coffee and milk together in a pot over low to medium heat and stir occasionally. If serving immediately, stir in the cocoa powder and sweetener when the oats have absorbed most of the liquid. If serving the next morning, leave it to cool then refrigerate overnight. The next morning, microwave your pot of oatmeal for 30-50 seconds. Remove it from the microwave and stir in cocoa powder and sweetener. Microwave for another 20-30 seconds and breakfast is served!
