New favorite pancake recipe because it is super easy and yummy.
Technically no flour involved. AND naturally sweetened.
And just 4 ingredients? Oh my gosh.
4 tbsp rolled oats
1/4 tsp baking powder
Use a food processor or a small blender and blend everything up. Simple right?
Heat up your pan and grease with some oil. Once your pan is hot, drop the batter onto your pan. It depends on how big you want your pancake to be. Sometimes I use 1 tbsp each. Today I used 4 tbsp each and made 4 pancakes 😀
Flip when the bubbles have popped! It will take about a minute on each side.
