Totally in love with my peach crumble. Have you tried it yet? It’s super easy to put together and ready in half an hour.
Now here’s the classic: apple crumble! I used more oats for this one and more apples too. It is amazing! My mom loves it so much! The apples are perfectly soft yet slightly crunchy especially when eaten together with the crumble.
Next time I’m gonna eat it with ice cream.
1c chopped apples (about 3 small apples)
1 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup (adjust to sweetness of apples)
2 tbsp rolled oats
2 tbsp whole wheat, oat, spelt or barley flour
1 tbsp light muscovado sugar
1 tbsp coconut oil
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Mix your oats, flour and sugar in a small mixing bowl. Add in your coconut oil and mix using a fork until crumbles are formed. Chop up your apples into bite sized pieces and toss with your liquid sweetener. Grease your baking dish and transfer your apples in. Sprinkle crumble on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve!
